- symbolic links within /etc and /var have to be relative!

- package name is "blt4.2", not "btl4.2" :)

- check if postinst calls ldconfig if shared libraries are installed
in a directory controlled by ld.so
(fixes:bug#20414)

- unused overrides are displayed per package
