* Refer to rfc959 in the README.Debian instead of installing it.
* Install menu entry for HTML documentation.
* Include Section and Priority fields in binary packages.
* Standards-Version 2.4.0.0.
* Use -p when installing documentation files, to preserve timestamps.
* Set timestamp of man pages equal to the timestamp of the html
pages from which they were generated.
