Okay, I will do this.

I think the simplest is just to throw away the contents of
/home/Debian/ftp/private/project/Incoming/hurd-libc, and I'll upload
the packages I made to alpha.gnu.org instead.  After the official
glibc-pre2.1 source packages are modified for the Hurd, I'll try
getting things onto master.

Any other procedure seems to either stomp on the sparc port, or else
violate the GPL.
