* Imakefile: According to meder@isr.uni-stuttgart.de, SPARC Linux
doesn't use an XFree86 server. It did when *I* last installed it, but
his report does point out that it makes more sense to just patch this
Imakefile instead of ifdef'ing it.
* xman/vendor.h: add def'ns of groff-based filter programs (from
pmaydell@chiark.greenend.org.uk.) [#1981]
* xman/defs.h: enable HANDLE_ROFFSEQ groff-based filtering.
* xman/misc.c (Format): HANDLE_ROFFSEQ command construction.
(ConstructCommand): build pipeline the way HANDLE_ROFFSEQ needs it.
