It seems to solve a few outstanding problem (the Netscape plug-in didn't
quite work with 3.01-0.1; some security fixes, etc.) so it would be nice
to put it in Slink. Thanks! :-) (fixes: Bug#30444)

- Now also suggests netscape (>= 4.0) (besides netscape4 and netscape3)
(fixes: Bug#24223).
* [debian/rules]:
- Now creates INSTALL_Debian from a patch against INSTALL instead of
including it in the diff file.
