* added a comment to isdnlog.DEVICE example.
* isdnconfig no longer assumes user's group == user's name; instead, the
group is dug out of /etc/passwd. closes:#30585
* use /usr/bin/X11/auplay instead of /usr/local/bin/auplay... Ouch. Thanks to
Andreas Wohlfeld <agw@supersonic.ruhr.de> for spotting this.
* Also check to see if NAS is running; only then use auplay, else try
alsautils' aplay, else default to /usr/bin/play.
* added comment to isdn.conf example about cityweekend.
* fixed isdnctrl manpage not to include parts that aren't configured.
