* Fix include/autoconf.h after configure, so that HAVE_SETRESUID is
set to 0 again (ugh, libc6 is broken, and the squid workaround
is broken too ....)

* Rewrote /etc/init.d/squid and RunCache
* Warn in postinst for squid.conf defaults
* Upload to both frozen and unstable, since I fixed a lot of
long-standing bugs with this release.
