   * Provide mpireconfig.  This involves rewriting references to the
     build directory in config.status in terms of /usr/mpich

   * Don't install machines.sample in /etc/mpich, install it in doc
     directory (fixes part of bug #30231).
   * Slightly fixed & expanded README.Debian.
   * New maintainer.
