* Moved the call to remove the package compiled elc files from the
postrm to the prerm, as per emacsen policy. closes: BUG#29849
* Since this was a bug fixing release, and has now been extensively
tested (this is my primary nerws reader, after all), and it fixes the
purge glitch, I thik this should go into the frozen distribution as
well.
