* New upstream source version, which has yet more of my patches :-)
I'm uploading this preliminary version because the message file format is
changed, and I don't want the old (non-compatible) version to be in the
frozen distribution...
* Incompatible message file. I'm taking the opportunity to move it to
/var/lib/linpopup as opposed to the FHS-compliant /var/state/misc/linpopup
as Ian Jackson doesn't approve of /var/state :-(
* Fixed postinst script (re-enabling existing smb.conf entry didn't work)
