* Fixed prcs-startup.el to work with (X)Emacs19. I was using `flavor'
instead of `debian-emacs-flavor'. (Fixes Bug#29828, reported by Carl
R. Witty <cwitty@newtonlabs.com>.)
* For emacsen install, set the right option `-no-site-file' for Xemacsen
and `--no-site-file' for Emacsen (this is related to Bug#29823,
reported by Antti-Juhani Kaijanaho <gaia@iki.fi>).
