* [gfont.pod]: s/SEEALSO/SEE ALSO/; and now since gfont.pod is newer
than gfont.1, the paths in gfont.1 is now updated to point to the
ones used in Debian.
* Touched gfont_mkgdf_all.pl to make sure it is updated during make.
