* New upstream release (closes bugs #24446 and #27172).
* Upgraded to Standards Version 2.4.1.0.
* Built against libgd-1.3 which no longer uses LZW compression
so mrtg is moved from contrib into main distribution.
* Updated copyright notice.
* readme.txt is now installed as /usr/doc/mrtg/README.
* Fixed bug #20748 - full URL is now used.
* Closed bug #20754 - no changes required.
* Closed bug #21137 - mrtg uses the Perl inet_aton (from Socket.pm) to
resolve a hostname into an IP address so the problem would seem to lie
with the Perl function.
* Changed installed /etc/cron.d/mrtg to remove the path to the mrtg script
(Fixes bug #23032).
* Closed bug #23390 - not a mrtg problem.
