Uploaded ncbi-tools6 6.0.1-1 (source i386) to master
The NCBI tools are a set of libraries to help developers
of biology-related applications. It is *huge*, beware before donwloading
or installing.
Two packages are made, one for the users (shared libraries) and one
for developers (static libraries, headers, lots of examples).
I don't have a lot of experience with library packages so comments
and criticisms are welcome.
After that, I plan to release a package of Blast 2, the most heavily
used program which uses the NCBI tools.
