Uploaded skk 10.47.2.p1u-1 (source all i386) to master
As reported in Bug#29264, current skk package in slink does not works
on emacs20.3. (it works on emacs20.2, but emacs20.2 is in hamm not in slink).
Yoshiaki Yanagihara, maintainer of skk package, is busy now and has
no intention to maintain skk package any longer, so I become
maintainer for skk package.
The skk package I uploading is based on new upstream (unofficial) release,
but, AFAIK this version is the most stable version for Emacs20.3, so
I hope this is included in slink (frozen) distribution.
This closes Bug#29264.
