* Non-maintainer release (recompile needed only for m68k).
* Handle the m68k lchown() situation: now glibc's lchown() calls chown()
under 2.0 kernels and lchown() under 2.1 kernels. chown() always
calls the running kernel's chown(). Editorial comment: consistent
lchown/chown behavior across platforms is needed.
