Source: samba
Binary: samba-doc smbfsx samba
Architecture: m68k
Version: 1.9.18p10-4
Distribution: frozen unstable
Urgency: low
Maintainer: Debian/m68k Build Daemon <buildd@m68k.debian.org>
Description:
samba - A LanManager like fileserver and simple client for Unix.
smbfsx - Mount and umount commands for the smbfs and kernels > 2.1.70.
Changes:
 samba (1.9.18p10-4) frozen unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * This version was uploaded before the freeze but it got rejected and
I did not realized it until it was too late. I am uploading to
     frozen now.
   * Ported to debhelper (no debstd anymore).
   * Minor patch to debian/rules to delete *substvars instead of only
substvars when doing a "debian/rules clean" (thanks to Daniel Jacobowitz
     <dmj@andrew.cmu.edu> for this).
   * Small patch to source/shmem_sysv.c that eases compilation under
glibc-2.1 (thanks to Daniel Jacobowitz <dmj@andrew.cmu.edu> for this).
   * Added a commented "message command" parameter to sample smb.conf.
This was suggested by Paul Slootman <paul@debian.org> (maintainer of
the linpopup package) to ease installation of linpopup.
   * Set "max log size" to 1000K (the default is 5000K) in sample smb.conf.
   * Created cron.weekly to rotate /var/log/{smb,nmb}.old.
   * Got rid of the ugly message in /etc/init.d/samba that "uglifies"
boot messages if Samba is running as daemons (closes #26884).
