* New upstream release. Still includes [gt]siag-3.0.3.
* Carefull redesign of /usr/doc/ dirs and symlinks (Fixes:
Bug#27175, Bug#27176)
* Fixed docbase ID for xpw docs - was still `pw' (really fixes
part of Bug#27158, and others)
* Fixed buggy packages which contained /usr/doc/siag as a plain dir,
as it should have been a symlink (Fixes: Bug#27304, Bug#27363,
Bug#27391, Bug#27519, Bug#27158).
* Added explicit conflicts against these broken packages
[siag-common (<= 3.0.5-1), xpw (<= 3.0.5-1), egon (<= 3.0.5-1)].
* siag-common replaces siagoffice-common (<= 3.0.5-1) because
of /usr/doc/siag-common issues.
* Explicitely link with tcl8.0.
* Somewhat improved debian/rules.
* Moved xsiag.preinst to siagoffice-common.preinst, as the
/usr/doc/siag symlink is now part of siagoffice-common.
* Have siag-common handle /usr/doc/siag-common in the same way, as
this one too is now a symlink.
* Moved changelog link to siag/siag/CHANGES from siagoffice-common
to siag-common where it belongs.
* Use relative symlinks instead of absolute ones to point to GPL and
LGPL files.
* Passed lintian 0.9.1. Reported errors are bogus, and reported
warnings are safe.
