   * fix errors in patch from Wichert that broke the 'ls' command in nslookup,
     and some options to dig (introduced in -3).  Closes 27319, 26644, 26940.
   * if an existing BIND configuration is found, don't offer to examine or
     modify the configuration... just use it.  This decision will be reviewed
     when I get time to eliminate all the BIND 4 isms, but for now this is much
     safer than messing up a working hand-tweaked config.   Ian, this one's
     for you...  closes 25090, 5726, 23538, 26187.
