   * Now looks for pgpdoc[12].txt.gz as well, when looking for
     documentation. This fixes bug #16076.
   * Added LIBS_EXT to debian/rules. This makes it easier to add
     libraries to the link step (e.g., Electric Fence).
   * Removed unnecessary and buggy calls to PascalToC in keyadd.c.
     This should fix bug #16004.
   * Added -isp to the call to dpkg-gencontrol in debian/do-binary.
     This includes the section and priority fields in the .deb (and
     not just in the .changes) .file. This fixes bug #14165.
