xirc to frozen?

Hi, Brian.

It has just come to my attention yesterday that one of my packages, xIrc, does
not work on hamm as it is at all. I haven't been really maintaining this
package for a while, and wasn't using it either, obviously. However, I do not
want a totally broken package in hamm with my name on it. I have filed a bug
against ftp.debian.org yesterday to remove it, but I've had some spare time
today (albeit quite late), and was able to build a new working package. It
would be very nice if you could install it into hamm. However, like I said, I
won't fight for it, but if you choose not to install it into hamm, please
remove it as I asked in the bug report.

FWIW, I spent > 1 hour beating it into compiling w/ new c++ compiler (egcc)
and other probs.

Thanks.
