* New maintainer.
* Upgraded to latest upstream release.
* debian/rules now uses debhelper.
* Changed from one package into separates for the shared library,
static library and header files, main pilot-link binaries,
and separate Perl and TCL APIs.
* Changed all references of cua in the code to ttyS.
* Added pilotconfig to set up /dev/pilot.
