Uploaded tcsh 6.07.06-3 (source i386 all) to master

I am uploading the patched version of tcsh. AFAICT, this solves the infinite
looping problem. I would like to thank all people that have taken the time to
look for the bug and/or test the releases. In particular, I would like to
thank (in no particular order), Dennis Clark for providing two patches and
looking for the bug, John Lapeyre, for provding lots of useful comments and
testing and Mark W. Eichin for forwarding to me what turned out to be the
most reliable patch.

Luis.
