* Moved pgaccess to /usr/bin/X11. Fixes bug#20348.
* Removed requirement to use TCP/IP for pgaccess, since this can be
avoided by not specifying a host and port in the pgaccess open dialog.
This fixes bug#20349.
* Changed pg_wrapper to a C-program to avoid problems in passing
multi-word arguments; changed the default database from that with
the user's name to `template1'. This effectively fixes bug#20350.
