* Many bug fixes to installation scripts: use `grep -s', `ps ax', better
checking of existing database status; restore changes to upstream initdb
to place pg_hba.conf in /etc/postgresql; ensure $PGDATA has correct
ownership.
* Improved version of postgresql-dump
* libpgperl: Pg.pm is now present
* Removed spurious directory /usr/doc/postgresql/postgresql-doc from the
postgresql-doc package.
* Fixed incorrect variable assignment in ~postgres/.profile (it said
${PGDATA}:=path instead of ${PGDATA:-path}).
* Changed default postgres home directory to /var/postgres to agree with
base-passwd.
* libpgperl now conflicts with postgresql (<< 6.3) to avoid file collision.
* menu icons purged to permitted colourmap.
* Changed wording of date choice in postinst; stopped its appearance on an
upgrade.
* Added -v (verbose) option to do.maintenance script, and removed the
verbosity from the cron entry.
* Moved the cron script to /etc/cron.d to do a weekly vacuum analyse
instead of the simple vacuum. Removed amendment of /etc/crontab.
* Moved libraries to /usr/lib, and include files to /usr/include.
