   * Integrated in many of the changes made to debian doom:
     - i_sound.c: modifications for music server support, sound server fixes.
     - copied the entire sndserv directory tree in from the old debian doom
       package.
     - i_video.c: applied Jay's patch for window manager niceness.
     - i_video.c: applied improved mouse support patch from James Hightower.
     - i_video.c: applied Wakko's try to reallocate shared memory better patch.
     - m_menu.c: applied Wakko's segfault problem when trying to exit with
       oversized message patch.
   * Updated man page to list all the new dosdoom switches.
   * All of the above changes sent upstream, hopefully they will be in a
     future dosdoom release.

   * Included playback.wad in the package, which is currently only available
     in an upstream binary package. Doom crashes without it. The author tells
     me it will be included directly in the source package in the future.
   * s_sound.c: it's #ifndef SNDSERV, not #ifndef SNDSERV.
