* deity should use the dpkg-get cache files internally, you still need to
run dpkg-get to update them though.
* Remove cache directories on purge.
* Temporarily removed sgml docs from package because my sgml-tools is
hosed.
* Yet more new dpkg-get code.
* Compile with egcs/g++ from latest Incoming along with new libstdc++
