* Fresh build from new sources.
* The author has changed the licence to GPL, ncftp is moved out of
non-free.
* Making a non-maintainer release to get this into the distribution
now that we can. I think this belongs in hamm.
* Version 2.4.3 is a security release that fixes a possible remote exploit
found in 2.4.2
