Changes:
 jade (1.1-3) frozen unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * make shared libsp.so.1.3, major revision 1, link all programs in sp
     and jade against that, which lowers the combined size by about 1MB
   * add sp-dev package to hold the unversioned library symlink, the static
     library, and the include files
   * change documentation area from "text" to "Apps/Text"
   * remove _GNU_SOURCE define, not needed anymore AFAIK
   * move jade DTDs in to dtd subdir, make proper sublinks
   * move jade's dsssl catalog to /usr/lib/jade/catalog
   * rename jade's smgl catalog package from 'dsssl' to 'jade'
   * rename sp's japan.dcl to japan.decl (more standard)
   * include xml.decl
