uploaded eterm 0.7-1 (source i386) to master

I've uploaded the first version of E-term - the Enlightened terminal
emulator to master's Incoming.  As always, you can get it now from:

     the background.  (Fix from Eterm 0.8 beta)
   * Lintian clean.  (with suid override due)
