* fixed references to 'typeset' in documentation
* documentation fixes --- I know I should not do this but it bugs
me, especially since in the man pages the program is still referred to
as 'typeset'. To be submitted upstream.
* changed sdc usage message to say 'sdc' instead of 'typeset'
* clean up some cruft from /usr/lib/sdc, move example file to
/usr/doc/sdc/examples
* make clobber removes more derived stuff. To be submitted upstream.
* use copyright file from upstream source, fixed FSF address in upstream
copyright
* debian/postinst: oops, move info page into the correct section
* debian/control: added upstream author's email and sdc home page
* debian/control: depends on bigloo (>= 1.8), suggests lots of other
stuff it wants for conversion
* added documentation menu entry

* moved SGML DTDs and entities into the locations prescribed by the
sgml-base package
* added links from /usr/lib/sgml/JFW to entities and DTDs as suggested
by Manoj, and soon to be "sgml policy"
* changed SYSTEM references to entities to PUBLIC references, added
entities to the CATALOG file; this eases the file relocation
transition
* install our CATALOG file into the system catalog; a copy of the
local CATALOG file can be found in /usr/doc/sdc
* bin/typeset.scm: hacked to default search DOCPATH=/usr/lib/sgml
SGML_CATALOG_FILES=/etc/sgml.catalog (env vars still work too)
