/etc/addressbook/addressbook_old.config, preserve old data files, and
even move files back to /usr/lib/addressbook
* removed /usr/lib/addressbook/contrib/mktable-1.0/mktable, which was an
executable
* debian/controlfile: added 'Suggests' for helper programs
* debian/rules: cleanup and abstraction
* debian/rules: ensure all files have right perms (lintian)
* debian/copyright: s|/usr/doc/copyright/GPL.gz|/usr/doc/copyright/GPL|
