* Changed default access permissions to `ident sameuser' (cf bug#
* Added example files to the documentation package.
* Dropped HTMLised HOWTO, since this is provided by package linux-doc-html;
suggest linux-doc-html instead.
* postgresql-doc was installing copyright in /usr/doc/postgresql, thus
causing a package conflict; fixes bug#17282
* Added test for existence of the symbolic link to /etc/postgresql/pg_hba.conf,
which will, I hope, fix the installation problem with release 6.2.1-9.
Fixes Bug#17261
* Added LDLOADLIBS definition to perl-build at the suggestion of Ilya
Ovchinnikov. Proper fix to Bug #16252.
* menu file had ?package(menu): instead of ?package(postgresql)
