Changes:
 xpm (3.4j-0.5) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Non-maintainer version.
   * Compile libc5 version in libc5/ to get around the complete lack of
     idempotency in the previous version.
   * Avoid deb-files like the plague, it might work, but it certainly didn't in 0.4.
   * xpm4.7 no longer depends on xpm4g.
   * Remove spurious substvars files from the control section of each deb.
   * Compress documentation (Policy 5.3) and manpages (Policy 5.1).
   * Strip libraries with --strip-unneeded (Policy 3.3.2).
   * Install shared libraries non-executable (Policy 3.3.3).
   * Move altdev stuff from /usr/$(ARCH)-linuxlibc1/lib/X11/ to
     /usr/$(ARCH)-linuxlibc1/lib/.
   * Only build libc5 stuff for m68k, i386 and sparc.
   * Should actually be buildable from the source this time.
