kde upload
now also kdesupport is uploaded.
there are know bugs ( i will look at them tomorrow ) :
kfm doesn't work
kcc has strange doubleclick handling
some parts compiled with -rpath
kcalc doesnt work
bug in kdebase prerm script
kde startup script should "exec kwm", not "exec kpanel"
kscd doesn't handle errors right.
