* Fixed a dangerous bug in bugfix to bug #820 (tcsh builtin `echo'
doesn't check write errors). Now tcsh won't enter an endless loop
(or, at least, it won't be my fault (hopefully)). This bugfix is
accepted by Christos Zoulas, the author of tcsh.
