maybe not :
if you use some binary parts of tk (compile with libtk8.0 e.g.), you
should depend on tk8.0 (or tk80 - don't know).
reason : your package will only run with that library and nothing else.
the virtual package names "tclsh" and "wish" should be used by scripts,
as they only need an interpreter, no matter what version.
