Hello everyone, I just pushed Debian Policy 4.2.1.0 to sid. Please excuse a release containing just a single entry in the upgrading checklist. It was discovered that Debian Policy 4.1.2.0 made several thousand packages RC-buggy, which was not intended. This release fixes that, by relaxing the requirement that made them buggy. See the discussion in #906901 for details. Here are the changes from the previously announced version of Policy (4.2.0): 10.4 & perl The requirement that the shebang at the top of Perl command scripts be ``#!/usr/bin/perl`` is relaxed from a 'must' to a 'should'. -- Sean Whitton
