arch and svn.debian.org are moving from quantz to nessler in the next 24 hours, during which period they will be read-only. Write access will be restored once all data and accounts have been copied over and verified on nessler and DNS changes have propagated. Alioth will be moved on monday (CET). During the move it will be taken offline in order to prevent people from making changes while data is copied to the new machine.
