Hi,
Sorry to beat this half to death but I'm concerned by how many people
already think it's okay to upload crypto (despite the big <blink>
style warning in the NI proposal mail) and how many more are going to
confuse themselves with the warning that is about to be sent out to
the mirrors. So one more time:

!! DO NOT UPLOAD CRYPTO TO FTP-MASTER !!
Do NOT upload crypto to ftp-master yet. New Incoming is just one step
in the crypto-in-main transition. When the requisite legal hoops have
been jumped through, there will be an announcement but until then
current practice (and policy) applies, i.e. no crypto or crypto
dependents in main.
