BitKeeper license not just a theoretical problem

Thanks to Lukas Geyer for coming up with this link. The specific
message regarding Ben Collins is now appearing on linux-kernel archives.

Note the degree of personal animus involved here in Larry McVoy of
BitMover's "reasonable opinion".

I reiterate: in this atmosphere it is very dangerous for you or your
organization to assume that you can exercise the gratis license terms
for BitKeeper. If you do not have a paid license, BitMover may consider
you in violation of the license on BitKeeper.

Thanks for your attention.
