Archive and Incoming moved to ftp-master.debian.org

Hi,
The Archive and Incoming have moved to their new home on
ftp-master.debian.org. Please direct any future uploads there instead
of master.debian.org. The Incoming directory has also changed, it's
now /org/ftp.debian.org/incoming/.
For those using dupload, you may wish to change your dupload
configuration so it says something like:
$cfg{master} = {
fqdn => "ftp-master.debian.org",
incoming => "/org/ftp.debian.org/incoming/",
[...]
