new release process (incremental) starts coding time

Ok, everyone who said ``the Incremental release process is
cool, but we'd like to have some code first'': the coding
starts officially today (my Zope server is online, and I
finally have some time off the job).

Those willing to code, let's get things done.

I was thinking of a temporary mailing list, but oh, times have
changed ;-) so just set up a vanilla Squishdot site for
discussion. We also have a Debian mirror kindly ``donated'' for
us to fiddle with.
