Hamm Bug Stamp-Out List for June 27, 1998

Welcome to the nem Hamm Bugs Stamp-Out List.

Since Richard Braakman is currently on vacation, I will be maintaining
this for two weeks.

Major changes:
- Brian White has been busy again and demoted a bunch of bugs
- New packages were uploaded: plan, watchdog, mysqld
- Two new release-critical bugs: 22577 and 23893

There are 6 bugreports marked FIX, leaving us 30 to work on.
