krb4 0.9.8.980514-2 uploaded to nonus (source i386)



This is a first attempt (well a second attemnpt really). The libraries should
be usable for building software; I've built zephyr and fetchmail with them.
And the user binaries and clients should work fine.

The setup of the services and the kdc needs some work though. I want to speak
to people planning to use these.

I'm interested in hearing positive reports as well as reports of quirks and,
of course, bugs.
