Debian Policy 2.3.0.1 released!

Debian Policy 2.3.0.1 has just been released. An updated debian-policy
package has been uploaded to master and will be installed in the
archive soon.
The new version of the Policy Manual is available only at
http://fatman.mathematik.tu-muenchen.de/~schwarz/debian-policy/
Changes:
1. The following virtual package names have been added to the VPN
list:
emacs Anything that provides the emacs editor
c-compiler Anything providing a C compiler
fortran77-compiler Anything providing a Fortran77 compiler
lambdamoo-core A lambdamoo-compatible datebase package
lambdamoo-server Anything running a moo using a lambdamoo-core
2. Minor bug fix: The policy manual now refers to xlib6g instead of
xlib6 or xlib.
