Personally I like /sbin - however I won't try to argue my case.

I think removing /sbin would be easier then removing /usr, which is
the goal of the hurd project (and AFAIK has been largely successful,
too).

Please don't mail me about this - I haven't had time to look at Hurd
for months now.
