Raul, you have fundamentally misunderstood the post that started this thread.
The project Piotr is working on, were it to become part of Debian, would be
named "Debian GNU/FreeBSD". As that name may indicate, he is using the BSD
kernel with a large amount of supporting GNU software. He is not using 100%
BSD copyrighted libraries and utilities.

No, it's about giving Debian users access to an alternative kernel.
