ITP: irrd

IRRd is a freely available streamlined, stand-alone Internet Routing
Registry database server. IRRd supports both RIPE-181 and RPSL routing
registry syntaxes.
The source code is painfully 32bit specific, and SunOS centric, but
running this software may save ISPs $200/year because it may be an alternative
to paying Merit Networks to hold their RADB/RPSL objects. It will also help
to distribute the now primarily centralized RADB/RPSL databases. See
https://www.merit.edu/radb/fee.html and http://www.irrd.net for more info.
