Two reasons:
1. I don't want the package pulled while I'm actively working on it.
2. The code in html2ps *has not changed* in a approximately a year
(read the chaneglog for proof). Therefore, the bug may not be in
html2ps and I don't want to lob important bugs at other package
maintainers without knowing exacltly what changed.
